Returns

At SILPHINA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase for domestic orders. We offer the following options for eligible purchases:

  • Refund – Issued back to the original payment method only

  • Store Credit – To use on future purchases

  • Size Exchanges – Based on availability

Domestic Returns

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within this period.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.

  • Please initiate your return through our online portal.

  • Return shipping is not free — customers are responsible for return postage.

  • Returned items must be in new, unworn, and saleable condition with original packaging.

  • Hygiene & Safety Exclusions: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless the item is faulty.

  • Include the Return Form from your order's packing slip.

We reserve the right to deny a return if items appear used, worn, damaged, scratched, or not in original condition.

Shipping Refund Rules

  • If your order originally received free shipping or free express shipping, the value of that shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you paid for shipping, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Size or colour exchanges can be requested through our online portal.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • Processing time is typically 2–3 business days.

Store Credit

  • Store credit may be issued for eligible returns within 30 days of purchase.

  • The amount issued will be for the item’s purchase price only.

  • Credits apply automatically if you’re signed in, or you can enter the code at checkout.

  • Store credits are valid for 1 year and are non-refundable.

In-store Returns

  • Items purchased in-store can be returned to our online warehouse for store credit or an exchange.

  • Refunds must be processed at the original place of purchase.

  • Store credit codes can be used in-store by entering them into the discount / gift card field at checkout.
