Returns

At SILPHINA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase for domestic orders. We offer the following options for eligible purchases:

  • Refund: If you're not happy with your purchase, we can issue a refund.
  • Store Credit: Get a store credit note to use for future purchases.
  • Size Exchanges: Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size.

Domestic Returns

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days for a refund.
  • Refunds are processed from the original place of purchase.
  • Please use our online portal to initiate returns.
  • We do not offer free return shipping.
  • Returned items must be in new and saleable condition with original packaging.
  • Include the Return Form from your order's packing slip.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny a return if items appear used, worn, damaged, or scratched.

Exchange Policy

  • For size or color exchanges, initiate a request through our online portal.
  • Size exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • All returns take approximately 2-3 business days to process.

Store Credit

  • Store credit notes may be issued within 30 days of purchase.
  • Issued amount will be for the purchase price of the item.
  • Store credits are automatically applied to your account if you're signed in or can be entered during checkout.
  • Store credits have a 1-year expiry date and are non-refundable.

In-store Returns

Items purchased in-store can be returned to our online warehouse for a store credit or an exchange. Refunds are processed from the original place of purchase. To redeem store credits in-store, enter the code in the discount code and gift card field during checkout.
