What is your jewelry made of? All jewelry from SILPHINA is made from 925 Sterling Silver and plated in Rhodium. Our Sterling Silver jewelry is waterproof, lead, and nickel-free.

How can I contact Silver Support? You can contact us via email at silphinacompany@gmail.com. We typically respond within 24 hours. Our Silver Support is available online from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

How to return my items? We do not accept returns on Earrings, final sale items, limited edition items, gift cards, or samples. We do not offer free returns. You will need to cover all costs of returning items to us. For International Returns, mark your package as 'returned goods' to avoid further duties. We recommend using a registered trackable service and keeping proof of posting.

What currency are prices listed in? Our prices are listed in your local currency (AUD) for domestic orders. For all other countries, the currency listed will be USD. SILPHINA is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers' banks.

When will you have promotions or sales? Follow SILPHINA on Instagram @silphinajewellery or subscribe to our mailing list to stay updated on our promotions and offers.

Can I combine discount codes? You can use one discount code per transaction, and it cannot be combined with other offers.

Do the earrings come as singles or in a pair? All earrings are sold as a pair unless stated otherwise.

My Order

Can I change my order? Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend orders once they are processed. We offer returns for exchanges, refunds, or store credit. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

How do I know what size I am? Find measurements in the item's product descriptions and use our Ring Size Guide for a perfect fit.

What if an item is sold out? Most items will be restocked unless discontinued or limited edition. Sale items will not be restocked. Sign up to be notified when a product becomes available by selecting the 'notify me' button on the product page.

Received damaged or incorrect item? Contact Silver Support as soon as you receive your order, providing images of the damage or fault for assistance.

When does my order ship out? Orders are processed on business days and shipped the same day for orders made before 2 pm (Monday through Friday). For shipping details, visit our Shipping page.

Why has my order been canceled? Orders may be canceled for various reasons, including payment authorization issues, insufficient stock, or suspected fraudulent intent. SILPHINA takes a firm stance against credit card fraud.

Can my order be left at the door? By selecting "Authority to Leave," you authorize delivery without a signature. SILPHINA will not replace or refund items not received without a signature.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are accepted? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX payments. PayPal is available for express checkout and for payments with credit cards not listed. You can also use gift cards or store credit. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay offer seamless checkout.

Afterpay Afterpay is available for orders over $50 in Australia or New Zealand.

Klarna Orders over $50 are eligible for Klarna checkout.

Gift Cards Gift cards have a 3-year expiry and are not refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Returns

How do I lodge a return request? You can request a return by lodging it here. Once approved, you will receive further instructions via email.

Aftercare

How should I take care of my jewelry? Our jewelry is waterproof and skin-friendly. Remove jewelry before applying beauty products, sleeping, or handling chemicals. Avoid applying lotion or perfume directly on jewelry.

How should I clean my jewelry? Polish the metal using our microfiber cloth or a sunglasses cloth.

Can I have my jewelry engraved? We do not recommend engraving as it may void the warranty.

Do you have a warranty on your jewelry pieces? All SILPHINA pieces come with a three-month manufacturer warranty. Contact Silver Support with clear images of any issues.

Promotional Terms and Conditions

Last Chance Sale Items Discounted prices are marked. 'Last Chance' items will not be restocked and are not eligible for returns unless confirmed faulty. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
